• Up to 3 service attempts (between 9 am – 7 pm; $10 surcharge per attempt after 7 pm)

• Commissioned Affidavit of Service delivered to client

• Travel within Lethbridge & Coalhurst included

Southwestern Alberta Locations -- $75

Includes:

• One service / attempt (between 9 am – 7 pm; $10 surcharge after 7 pm)

• 1/2 hour waiting time at service location

• Commissioned Affidavit of Service delivered to client

• $1.00 per km from / return to Lethbridge

• GST included

Additional Services Available:

• Waiting Time: $25 per ½ hour at service location

• $30 Optional Courthouse Filing

• Document printing and support services

Commissioner for Oaths Services

Process Server Services

🚗 Mobile Service -- $35

Includes:

• Up to 4 Commissioner signatures/stamps (any mix of main pages or exhibits)

• $5 for each extra Commissioner signature/stamp past the first 4

• Travel within Lethbridge city limits

• GST included

* We do not charge a Per Page Fee.

* Mileage fees apply for travel outside Lethbridge city limits and vary by destination.

Includes:

• Real Estate & Mortgage Closings: Signing support for mortgage documents, refinancing packages, loan applications, and real estate transfer contracts

• Commissioner for Oaths services

• Appointment scheduling

• ID verification (with copies)

• Printing, scanning, and emailing

• Mobile service to the client’s location

• GST

* Fees vary based on document quantity and complexity.

Signing Agent Services

Payment

• Accepted Forms: Cash or E-Transfer

• Payment Due: At the appointment.

• GST: Included in all services.

• Payment Policy:

  • Prepayment is not required for Commissioner for Oaths or Signing Agent Services within Lethbridge.

  • Process Serving clients: 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due before completed documents or the Affidavit of Service are released.

  • Law firms and corporate accounts: Please contact us to discuss payment and billing options.
