• Real Estate & Mortgage Closings - Signing support for mortgage documents, refinancing packages, loan applications, and real estate transfer contracts

• Commissioner for Oaths services

• Appointment scheduling

• ID verification (with copies)

• Printing, scanning, and emailing

• Mobile service to the client’s location

• GST

* Fees vary based on document quantity and complexity.

🚗 Mobile Service: $35

• Up to 4 Commissioner signatures/stamps (any mix of main pages or exhibits)

• $5 for each extra Commissioner signature/stamp past the first 4

• Travel within Lethbridge city limits

• GST included

* Mileage fees apply for travel outside Lethbridge city limits and vary by destination.
